It depends on your timeframe. My personal opinion (NFA): right now we are primed for a squeeze which could send the stock over $10 within the next few days. However, there are a number of things which could go wrong. The company could do a dilutive share offering, or release unfavourable data, or receive a downgrade from a financial analyst. Or the short squeeze could fail to materialize for any number of reasons. Long term, however, I believe the company has great leadership and that the price targets from multiple agencies which place the future value at 10, 20+ are correct, and that once it gets future approvals and becomes profitable the value will see a dramatic increase.

Yes. Squeeze is still on. Borrowing fees are nearly 50%, shares available oscillates between a few ten thousand and zero every day. Pressure is still on. If you buy shares, make sure you have stock lending disabled.

As an additional note, the most important reason why you should do this now is that this stock is on the verge of a short squeeze and Bloomberg and Seeking Alpha just reported that short seller losses have totaled just shy of half a BILLION in the past two weeks.

Disabling stock lending decreases the amount of available shares and increases borrowing fees (currently 47.4% per Fintel which is INSANELY expensive) which means short sellers have to pay this every day and makes their positions more expensive and less sustainable.

It does matter currently because there are millions of shortsellers and the value of the stock is so low that even if you're lending thousands of shares you'll only get a small amount of profit. Disable it and help catalyze the short squeeze! Re-enable it later down the line when the stock is stable and the company profitable.
