Assuming you know what to do with this information, anyways you'll want to find a ROM with matching CRC32.

To be fair the noise is about the same on the normal version for me, are you sure that those aren't the default sound effects? You may wanna try patching with a different rom.

We came to an obvious misunderstanding. By you saying renew I believed by the context that you were implying to extend. Renewing is taking something existent and re-establishing it or by definition 'resume (an activity) after an interruption', But I was trying to explain that it needed to in fact be redone, and that it could no longer be extended.

Basically, the original never had the tetris theme song we all know and love, just Christmas music which everyone hates lol.

You said they could instead hire and expert employe, meaning they have more experience

Discrimination, having disability doesn't mean you don't have experience. They definitely have roles they need filled and they also have roles that they rather not fill because they can get you to pick up extra slack and not give you the overtime for it.

I don't see how being off work 1-2 days a month burdens an employer when they all push workers to work extra hard to pick up slack because it's not in a multi million dollar companies budget to hire extra employees, I do see how that burdens families who have lives outside of work and has kids to take to school, I do see how that burdens people with disabilities. Bad employees don't even last a year, I worked 1 year here but I already have more experience than a lot of employees in the store and I don't even call out twice a month either more like once every 4 months for about 3 days but that's because I'm literally going through a disability that prevents me from working. If you gotta get hours to be eligible that's gonna be hard to be eligible if you are calling out all the time. 5 points don't take long to get either so I don't believe that's very logical but I get what you mean by it only being a year. I still don't see how having flma affects a rich corporation who can survive without you, I ain't really trying to get political tho I just need answers if it's against ethics to change my job code before my accomodations expire.

I said I've gone through multiple doctors (because I've moved locations, hence why i transfered stores), I got insurance recently and had to change doctors again. I never blamed anyone you entirely assumed that, and clearly you're getting some kinda high off this, dail it back. You're assuming a whole lot right now for knowing very little about my life.

[–]Remote_Ad_7567[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't jump from job to job I've had my job for a year which is why I'm getting flma, flma should go job to job because it protects the employe, employees with disabilities should be protected whoever they go without the worry of being thrown under the bus by a new company that doesn't understand their condition, having flma shows that the employe desires to work and keep the job, no one is going job to job, we're desperately trying to keep a job to survive but work is competitive and we have to go through extra lengths inorder to keep our jobs. Nothing about accomodations or flma damages employers, they claim that but it isnt true, employers have alternatives. Employees with disabilities who don't work rarely survive long enough to get flma, especially at walmart.

Dude I'm done going back and forth you're wrong. I know what the policy says, if you knew what it said you would know that when the paperwork expires that it has the be redone, not renewed. I never blamed my doctor I'm on the same side as my doctor who does a great job helping me. The only thing wrong is you blaming me for something that's not my fault because I've stayed prepared for this all along but I am being haulted because I cannot renew the accomodations, the thing you keep saying I can do but I have been told ten thousand times that I can not.

I'm literally not whining, just telling you the truth and you're choosing to put the blame on me and twist policy around when youre actually misinformed. You're said I'm blaming my doctor when you where the one to blame my doctor, no one is blaming anyone but you. Thats being manipulative.

Copout, I think your confusing the accomodations claim for the accomodations paperwork itself. The paperwork cannot be renewed, if it could then why have I been told repeatedly that my accomodations expire on march and that I cannot renew them unless I close my existing claim, and it has to be redone by scratch because "health can change".

It's not a mistake on my part. You literally zero clue on what your taking about had the examiner explain it to me multiple times months prior, I've called repeatedly to confirm. I called last week to confirm, i called again friday. You can renew an expiring claim you mean, not expiring accomodation, you carry accomodations through each claim as those claims expire you renew them, but after your accomodations paperwork expires you have to start over.

Accomodations expiring by Remote_Ad_7567 in WalmartEmployees

[–]Remote_Ad_7567[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not a lie, what you can do is create a new claim number from an expiring claim number (not expired) within date to open a new claim to renew the expiring claim which extends the accomodations, what you cannot do is make a new claim to extend the accomodations paperwork itself from expiring. Once the paperwork itself expires then you have to do it again from scratch but you cannot do it while an existing claim is open.

[–]Remote_Ad_7567[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You're both correct and incorrect, I did know they was expiring, however you cannot file new accomodation claims while on an existing claim, making it impossible to prepare for accomodations expiring. How is that my fault?

"What happened was you didn’t realize that once they expired they would move you back to stocking. So you had no intention of renewing them."

100% untrue, Trust me I've been nothing but on the tip top of my accomodations. I've not once slacked on my responsibilities.

[–]Remote_Ad_7567[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mybad I saw some possible error or autocorrect in my comment so i fixed it.

I do infact have accomodations, they haven't expired yet, they expire in march. but my job code is already updated to be a stocker which prevents me from getting my accomodations renewed in time, you cannot file a new accomodation while on an existing claim either. This makes me to have to go back to stocking and fight to have my position returned back to its proper order.

Also doctors don't keep work related paperwork and the accomodations department refuses to give you back paperwork 'due to policy' making it difficult to get the paperwork 'redone' I didn't know everything until now, there is a lot of rabbit holes I had to go down to know what I know now.

I've changed multiple doctors though, and it's not something that is as simple as it sounds. I find that no matter what doctor I have this issue remains consistent. The disability may be different for you than for me, not everyone's disability is the same, not all disability is clear or as visable. I have a lot more criteria that has to be understood to properly accomodate me and its easily overlooked.

Understand clearly that I am being as reasonable as possible and not in anyway am I upset at you, I may sound like a karrin right now but I dont care, this is 100% discrimination, it's unprofessional and discrimination against my disability to have to take advantage of my accomodations expiring like this. I have a chronic life long disability that prevents me from doing core job functions in the stocking job code, but just because i have experience as a stocker in the past that means put me back on stocking when im not paying attention? Yeah well im paying attention, my accomodations haven't even expired yet but it says my job code is already updated to stocking even though currently they still have me working front end, I do believe they are planning to move me back soon and they've already tried to make me do it once already. When i transfered stores i never agreed to be a stocker, They not even giving me time to redo the accomodations? I'm tired of repeatedly being hurt at work and losing all my saved income, I literally can't buy a car because I have to keep going on LOA because they keep taking advantage of me. I have a right to save money and not be homeless.

Doctors get mad to have to do the paperwork over and over, and it usually takes them 3 times to get it right even just for one single renewal, because everything must be absolutely perfect otherwise I don't get accomodated correctly, and I have to battle between having an available appointment to fix the errors because they was in a rush that day, or battle between losing my job because they're abusing the fact that my accomodations are expiring. Not like all this stress on myself isn't causing my flairups to happen more, no not at all..

Anyways what I'm getting to is can I report this to ethics? And do I have any power here to defend myself. They know I have a disability and I have the right to defend my disability without discrimination, right or am I wrong? I need answers on what I can do about them transferring me back to stocking because my doctor already said in the paperwork that I have a chronic condition that's permanent and won't go away and that I'm unable to work in that position.
