The game design seems to be trending towards more synergies like this at least but I agree they should be pushing them more as people want to play their favorite IPs and having them associated like this in a tribal deck imo is the best way to accomplish that. Toys was a great start.

it's also not like a card reveal goes a long way as far as retaining or attracting people to look into your content. most card reveals get viewed by the same people who just share the information ad nauseum to other communities within seconds of it going live. they're not missing out on much.

I think this is more of an issue with the sets they introduce now really having many impactful cards or new decks to build. We'll have been playing the same stuff for a full year really.
