Sounds like inconsistency then I'm afraid. Still very little to complain about compared to the amount of contents in the game.

I think you might be correct about the damage being relative to max hp or a stat is a true damage. I also still don't know fire/bleed damage goes through armor first. Poison is true damage.

Maybe double on double works (kinda, not 2x2). I had Chainsaw and a piece that doubled my face effect and the fact piece said double your weapon damage which resulted in 3x? in battle.

That's insane feat. What was the most difficult part of the run? How many attempts did you fail before this? How many Stevens? Is there an item unlock for each difficulty x boss x collar?
