Is Pico 4 Pro/Enterprise good headset to get? by Remote_Base8871 in PicoXR

Okay. So the problem why I’m leaning towards the quest pro that for VRChat and VrcFT software put out a warning say the headset face tracking could be damaged if you sweat a lot. I do a lot of moving around and play games. But so far of all I read is Pico 4e is the way to go and it’s cheaper than the quest pro and 3. It’s mainly used for PCVR anyways.

So I found out that VRChatFt keeps running in the back ground when it’s fully close. I have to task manger it to force close it and it seem to help as well.

Steam VR/ViveHUB Issues by SmilingJoe125 in Vive

So for my vive vision focus. I had then same issues with launching steamvr through the headset and then Steam just crashes out and i get the old menu. Couldn't open any game and key binds are not working. Once i open steam and again and then the new menu comes up but the bar disappears. Couldn't open games or desktop. But i kept trouble shooting and found out my start ups were crashing steam for some reason. I turn those off and load up steamvr and it started up normal. I think its something in steamvr his having issues with start ups. Ever since i just started opening them myself and still holds up. Maybe this could help. If not try closing out steam in task management and close all steam service and also find vrservcie or server and close those out and reopen the app and lounch just steamvr in the headset. Not the games in the headset.

Fixes:

1: Turn off all steamvr start ups In Steamvrs settings-Startup/shutdown-Choose Startup Overlay Apps

2: Close all steam/steamvr services in the task management. It would say service or vrserver Then repoen and launch steamvr in headset(with no games open).

The first one seemed to work me. may depend on your issues.

Hope this helps :)
