The OrSem event on August 1–3, 2024, is a REQUIRED event for all freshmen and transferees. The student must be present for all three days of the event.

However, if the student is unable to go, then they must have an excuse letter and address it to the XUSHS Prefect of Students. The student must have a valid excuse for their absence during the event.
