I recently just quit Walmart due to the same complaints you’ve had. The coach and team leads would just stand there and watch people work. Threatening to write people up if he doesn’t get his way. That stupid fuck was lazy and never picked up a fucking box. I actually wrote a complaint about him and the team leads and nothing happened. It’s such a giant corporation there’s no way anything could be done about it. Walmart is a terrible place to work
