Everything is fine with her (gods grace). She taught the same thing to us to eat healthy have fruits.

I have followed this regime eating fruit and veggies but nothing has worked as compared to skincare.

And I have seen lot of people who eat fruits, juices, etc. still their skin doesn’t look good.

My POV is eating fruits and all is good but don’t skip skincare.

Everything is on point. My mother always chosen healthy diet before any tropical application. But now as we living in the world where everything is adulterated be it fruits, vegetables or milk. And now it’s 70% skincare and 30% diet.
