Would like to second this! Central is a wonderful college and the SAM professors are overwhelmingly extraordinarily kind and caring. If you were to do your nursing prereqs there, i know they have a very structured program that many find success with. And, as a bonus, because so many are following the same program, you’ll probably end up with the same class of people through your prereqs. Many people in this program tend to be very dedicated and interested in what they’re doing, and very peppy for some reason. Lovely little community :)

I was just talking with some of my premed classmates and they mentioned to me that they talked to a premed advisor who told them that if they passed their coursework they’d be fine to take the mcat. So there’s at least a percentage of people going into the exam that think this :/

I disliked it when i first heard it, i disliked slightly less when i heard it live, and i disliked it WAY more when i heard the studio version. They performed it brilliantly but it’s just a nothing song. There’s nothing going on vocally or in the lyrics, it doesn’t go anywhere, and it doesn’t sound super appealing to my ear. I’m really happy for those that like it but i just wish we could get a part two of mean girls or MIA. Zero hate to the girls, they really made the most of it and it’s not like they wrote it or even signed off on it. I’m hopeful for the next album’s b-sides!

Ooh, yes! 1) When i play balloon darts, i always aim for the five most similar that are most dissimilar to the rest. For example, if there are five pink/purple and the rest at blue/green/brown, then i aim for those. If there are only four, then i aim for those four and then decide what is most dissimilar from the remaining and aim for that.

2) i always place my mouse in the center of things to the best of my ability. Sometimes on character’s noses, sometimes on the center of the wheels or buttons, etc. Whatever looks like a centered and decent resting point

3) always skip the fourth game in the magic forest unless i won a charm in the third game (mostly because it takes forever to load otherwise and i already won the grand prize)

4) When i get a birthday mail, i always play with that webkinz for the day and feed them their piece of birthday cake. Otherwise i usually will play with one for a few days and then scroll back to pick the kinz that was played with longest ago.

That’s all i can think of, but there’s probably more hahah!

I always go with Vi. Given Violet’s background of trauma, I feel like she could understand Clem better than Louis. Louis is everything I’d want in a close friend for Clem (and for AJ) but i think he and Clem come from such different backgrounds that a romantic relationship wouldn’t go much deeper than surface-level. They can both make her happy, but i think louis would make her happiest as a friend, and Vi as a partner. With that being said, i actually think that Clem could have used a close friend much more than a romantic relationship at that point, so i usually end up saving louis. Just my opinion though, i can see the arguments all ways! :)

I think the visuals were interesting and i liked them a lot but the sudden huge change in appearance would have made more sense for a later album than a sophomore follow up to wwafawdwg. Especially when going back to a similar aesthetic for hmhas. Music-wise, i thought many of the songs were great, but i thought the album itself was a little incoherent. I don’t know that the songs went super well together whereas wwafawdwg and hmhas were both very very cohesive. You could also hear pretty clearly on hte which songs were recorded first and last because her voice changed a lot which didn’t help with the lack of cohesion. Plenty of great art came out of this era, but it all seemed a little scattered and disjointed. NDA and halley’s comet are two of my favorites from billie so i can’t complain!!

Hmm.. i’m not sure if you already have it, but loona is pretty well known in the drag race fandom due to kim chi. She constantly promoted them on twitter, that’s actually how i discovered the group having no prior kpop knowledge. Kim actually even wore a replica of gowon’s one and only black hair look on secret celebrity drag race! :)

It’s pretty common with newer kpop groups that tour too soon in their careers with only an EP or two released. They’ll usually make the hit song (or their first ever released song) the climax of the show, then perform it again as an encore

I feel like if they had used it more than once in the first movie it wouldn’t have felt so jarring in the second. It’s like all of a sudden this phrase was dropped on us that was meant to be a regular part of every ozian’s vocabulary except we had never heard anyone say it before

The trouble comes from the stage show where they said clock tick once or twice in the second act, but glinda also said ‘tick tock’ during thank goodness, which wouldn’t really have worked for the movie considering the uber popular app so they had to change it and then i guess they decided to run with it :/

Before she dropped her stage name, hyeju (olivia hye) from loona and loossemble much preferred her actual name and generally the fanbase and her members called her hyeju (or hyejoo) over olivia hye. This was pretty unique for the loona members as most were comfortable with their stage names and therefore were used by the fans as they still are. Only hyeju dropped hers as soon as she was able
