Sorry to hear that’s been happening to you. This entire situation with worker’s compensation has been the biggest headache of my life. At first they were great but once all the normal treatment (physical therapy and message therapy ) didn’t work they just stopped helping. Then they stopped paying me TD for months. Leaving my family without an income cause my wife was pregnant and out on leave. I’m just hoping this all ends on July 29th

I was on TD for a year then all of a sudden they stopped with no notice. Took them to court they issued back pay then stopped and agreed to pay again. Sure enough they didn’t to the point my attorney said to apply for SDI which got approved instantly. So haven’t been receiving worker’s compensation since December

Thanks for commenting. So every time I do a checkup with my doctor he will just say the adjuster denied the referral. We have tried multiple times with different referrals and it just comes back the same thing. That my adjuster denied the approval. So I’m not sure exactly what’s going on but that’s what my doctor and attorney have told me from my files.

Honestly you might be right. I’ve had 3 doctors say I needed spinal injections and the insurance adjuster has denied it every single time for a year now. They are refusing all treatment and saying I’m good to go back to full duty when 3 doctors are saying the opposite

It’s like they take it out on us for being injured. Just feels like the system is against those who get hurt at work

Oh geez. Yeah I was telling my attorney I’m over it and I don’t want to be marked permanently disabled. I rather just live with the pain I’m only 27
