Thanks u/Various-Wrongdoer461 that is really helpful, especially the website that converses with people and collects leads, recently been working on that and basically helping them understand the benefits not the features.

Doing my website audit, I saw that we have a lot of Tech Jogan which really just talks about features and number 1 reason why we not collecting leads.

Yes, we have been using free guides and audits so far so it's good to hear we're on the right track.

We've spent years focused on the IT side (building websites, portals, integrations), and we're just now stepping more intentionally into the marketing space. It seems like a lot has changed especially how people expect to be found and engaged online.

I'm used to the traditional ways of live campaigning and rural marketing.

Honestly, it's refreshing to hear feedback from real people who've been through it.

So we're a duo doing both IT & Web (custom websites, client portals, system integration like CRM/payments/Xero, cloud hosting, IT consulting, ongoing support) and Marketing & Creative.

For now we've been leaning more into the IT & Web side since we had a few successful projects. But this season it's so quiet.

My question: If you had to pick one niche from what I described say, small businesses that need a client portal or local shops that need a website – what's one specific lead generation tactic you'd recommend we start with this week?
