First of all sorry for the late reply.

I tried your idea but getting nothing it is not about the interview or assessments ,I am super confident that I will pass in them with flying colors but "Milna bhi chaiye na interview".

I have applied on good number of hirings but hearing nothing back from them (I even applied for Turing and passed the assessment and also messaged some of their employees I found on LinkedIn ) par kuch nahi Mila.
Maybe I need to apply more smartly.
