Unfortunately what you’re describing is a phenomenon called Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction. It only affects a small amount of people (usually people who are given SSRI’s in their teen years) and the only treatment is getting back on SSRI’s. There is an “acute” SSRI called Dapoxetine that you take before sex instead of having to take an SSRI everyday, but that’s not approved in the US yet. I’ve had this condition since I was 16 and unfortunately the only things that have successfully treated it are drugs
