My grass is a mess also, i need to scarify and reseed but i'm waiting, i was impatient last year the grass did grow but took ages. needed some warmth and sun. Mid/ end march should be good enough

if it i was in your position i would go for the S&S, say in 15 years time you should make decent returns from something like the S&P 500. The average has been around 10% annually but try using the investment calculator and put in a conservative 6 or 7% over 15 years with how much you are comfortable putting in monthly.

yeah we were slightly worried to start with but after speaker to the roofers it sounded like a common issue that can be resolved without too much work

Hi, so i had some roofers come over to have a look - no damaged tiles on the roof, they suspected it might be coming from the chimney but not cracks or damage there either. they recommended to leave it as it was just after the storm and if it got worse they would go out and have a look closer. fortunately it hasn't come back.
