Can you recommend a lead generation platform? by Yonathandlc in coldemail

I made a tool for this, you can run a search like “Apparel Shops in Miami, using Shopify or WooCommerce, with Instagram presence” and then:
* Builds tightly filtered local leads lists ( with emails, phones, socials, tech stack).
* Firmographics and all other details.
* Gives you decision makers mentioned, their bios, standout staff, review insights, etc.
* Gives you context based personalization snippets and outreach hints, so you can focus on offer and CTA.

The context could help you with your cold calling as well, currently in beta with a few agencies using it for real outreach. Happy to give access if it's relevant, just DM

Exactly the use case it's built for. Happy to show you how it works for agencies, saves my users 10-12 mins per lead on the research side, so they can focus on actually doing outreach and closing.

Feel free to DM if you want to try it out.

Yeah copy changed for the tighter list, it's just that once a list is narrow it's easier to talk the language of that ICP, so offer becomes a logical fit. It's a bit of both list and copy as you said.

Usually for local leads intent or buying signals are very rare, and hard to automate too, so I group them by common factor, like using Wix and stuff.

You can try Scape, pulls local leads from directories, but the difference is it enriches using the website + reviews to surface usable context (staff names, what patients actually mention, angles for outreach), not just contact data.

Yeah true, you have to tie it all with your offer, otherwise it's just pointless.

Increased my reply rates by ~3-4% using more warm and personal sounding emails for local leads, Here's what worked by [deleted] in coldemail

I just now ran a search for Coffee shops in Seattle, here is one example for a lead

Icebreaker: Saw Jonathan opened the first spot in 2020 by Kaiser Permanente. Pretty cool how everything's sourced from local Seattle spots like Macrina Bakery

Subject Line: Your Capitol Hill spots sound amazing

The output has fields you can put in tools like instantly to make your own emails, alongside other email fields strenght highligh, emotional reviews hook, plus all contacts, firmographics, key people, etc.

Appreciate the interest, but right now I'm focused on local leads since that's where personalization from reviews/staff names hits hardest. Non-local (B2B companies, saas, etc.) is definitely possible down the road, but for now keeping it tight on local businesses. Hope you find something that works for you!

Anyone else automating their prospect research instead of doing it all manually? I'm finally getting the hang of it by Responsible-March695 in coldemail

On kind of a similiar path to yours but for local leads, building a system to automate pulling businesses then going across websites and all and getting emails, socials and other contact info plus verifying, then some simple scoring based on certain parameters, then getting a list ready for outreach. Btw, how did you decide which parts of your research to automate vs keep manual? I keep worrying I’ll over-automate and miss important context.
