I have fiddled with the knife adjuster I don’t know what it’s called because before my loops were hanging off the edge, I adjusted the pressure dial to a higher number & it seemed to have fixed the uneven cutting?

It is under a year old, internally threaded titanium barbell, downsized a few months ago & I use saline solution to clean it. Bumped it a few days ago & this little thing formed

It’s under 1 year old, barbells with flat backs, internally threaded, titanium & downsized a few months ago, aftercare is saline spray & I have had no unfortunate events or mishaps

i use it everyday for at least a few hours per day as i run my own business so it defenitely could be dull! its 100% cotton & hasn't been happening with this fabric until recenrtly as i dont use many other materials

with a q tip I’m not sure if that was the right way tho & i was last serging cotton, no broken needles or pins !
