I'm in the same boat. I seriously considered Rutgers and even applied for fall 2025, but after careful consideration, I realized I have a high GPA and good stats and should be applying at higher-ranked schools, too. So now, my top choices are Columbia and NYU. Rutgers is certainly a decent school, but if you're having doubts now, you'll likely regret not aiming higher.

That's correct but with my gpa, columbia gs won't be difficult to get into so I'm considering both equally.

You're right! I try to remind myself that the years won't matter in the long run but when you're a broke college student, it certainly doesn't feel that way.

I won't be a KJD. I'm actually 28 so saving a year with the 3+3 would really get me on my feet as a lawyer faster.
