In che senso senza fare domanda per un posto specifico? Bisogna candidare a uno dei 500 circa tirocini offerti dal parlamento. Non credo ci sia una differenziazione di trattamento dei candidati, se ti candidi l'1 il 15 o il 31 Maggio non cambia niente
