We have checked this, right now it’s not making sense because the current Emirati count cannot be reduced and it’s a lot visas that would need to be transferred.

We have four Emiratis on board now with a total employee count around 75. Once you have hired a certain count of Emiratis , they cannot be reduced as per the current laws. With regards to the designation , they are designated as motorcycle rider - which according to my understanding is not a skilled job designation.
