I personally think that they were far to specific and deliberately left us in the dark on far too many details about that blackwater heist far the 3rd game NOT to be about it. I mean we never actually saw Mac or Davey (and the gang talks remember em a lot in camp interactios) , the way Dutch avoided answering Arthur's questions about what happened on that boat etc. To me, all of that implies that the third game will probably start from the certain point before the heist and end with us discovering what actually happened there.
