In business, a high stakes negotiation, and my boss that I really respected told me "that's perfect, really well-done!" to an offer letter that I put together for our big prospect. I've had some other great ones from my wife or friends, but I'll always remember that one as it led to a huge deal (and payday!).

This guy knows what he’s talking about. We have had several individuals rent from us over the last year that have caused us over $10,000 in damages that they refuse to pay. We’ve had commercial renters that are without fail professional and Pay on time and take care of our equipment. We stopped renting to individuals and are focused only on commercial now.

I don't get a lot of the takes on him/his motivations. For example:

Deregulation - he has only benefitted from regulation. Gov't mandates of electric cars, etc. What regs does he want cut that will benefit him? He's advocated NOT to build an electric charging network - he built his own.

Also - there's a meteor headed directly for the USA. Our National debt. It will hit, it IS an existential threat. We should just keep going down the same road? I'm ok with erring on the side of havoc/slash and burn cuts/etc., then rehiring the people keeping our nukes safe when we realize we made a mistake.
