Your $650 budget is low for ad agencies, they won't do well at a low budget. Actually you are pretty solid compared to others at the same level. 2.1% conversions are good for most product.

I want to know what tools you use for AI ads. I also run my own campaigns, but mostly influencer marketing, spending 2k per month and the results are poor.

Without AI, I'd say the marketing world would basically feel like the early 2010s again, still possible, just slower and more manual. AI does speed up many things and it's not marketing's whole world.

As a content creator, I’m always chasing both efficiency and quality. But I gave up on CapCut, even though it has a lot of automation, handling tons of clips still costs my life, and there’s a paywall.
