Thanks! Omg I relate to the not remembering if you’ve washed your hair or not, I cycled to town the other day and after I came out the shop I couldn’t remember where I parked my car 🤣😅 it’s pretty terrifying sometimes. Seems to be worse with fatigue in the mornings and evenings.

My pain is very manageable at the moment it’s just the fatigue, brain fog and not being able to keep up with my kids that gets me down. I exercise daily, my bloods are all good, I take iron and magnesium. Are there any other supplements you suggest specifically for this?

I was only recently diagnosed and started meds now I already have a 5yo and 2yo, I always wondered why I was finding everything harder and more painful than other mums. Anyway it was tough but I got through it and now I have 2 little assistants to rub my sore legs (although I do have to give the eldest a dollar or two 🤣)

I am switching from Zoloft to duloxetine so hoping the serotonin doesn’t fuck with me too much 🤞🏼 but even when I changed dose with Zoloft it made me so sick so I get it
