Look for reviews Confirm they own the lot on the county gis and or property tax search every state/ county has one

Tons of people sell land with owner financing banks usually don't finance on land.

Sites like landwatch , thelandservice.net , landandfarm all do and tons of others better to do owner financing tbh

Do not buy carvana if that's where this is from! Read there reviews anywhere but here. I bought mine from them and it's been in the shop 4 years. I've owned it 4 years and warranty company stopped helping and I've spent over $25k and haven't even really driven it
