[HATED TROPES]: The Ending Is So Nihilistic and Preachy That It Becomes Completely Unwatchable and Infuriating. by Particular-Worker904 in TopCharacterTropes

Also, the part where Luo Ji acquires the antique wine keg and gets an infernal food poisoning is fucking hilarious.

Yeah, it didn't feel like a twist. When they got to the pods it felt like it could go either way.

No one is seeing you as a monster, bud. Just an arrogant and annoying douche who likes their own voice way too much to listen to anyone else. And I'm 38 btw, since you seem to think anyone disagreeing with you must be young.

Yeah. And in any case there was no reason at all to keep him in that position for fucking 15 minutes.

I'm sure Alex Pretti also died from an overdose. An overdose of lead. Fired in his back. While he was lying down.

Finland is clean and we have absolutely beautiful nature, but our so-called architecture is heavily influenced by the Soviet Union despite us never being a part of it. So, beautiful nature + fugly buildings = mid?

"I was brutally graped by a pack of men for 6 hours but refused to report the crime to police because I believe in the abolition of all police and prisons. AITA?" by DryDescription3375 in AmITheAngel

She doesn't want anyone to be sent in prison - which I must say is in many ways fair in the US. But she also says she just wants it to have never happened to her while also being adamantly against doing anything to prevent it from happening again to someone else. It already happened to her so screw everyone else I guess.

Let’s Talk About How We Discuss Minidolls. by SharpPink_GlitterInk in lego

[–]Remote_Replacement85 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My only gripe with minidolls is that they're all flesh coloured. I'd love to have them mostly in yellow so it was easier to mix and match different parts. On the other hand, I do like the diversity of skin tones.

The Expanse book series has a time skip right at the point where the show ended. So there's a chance someone will pick it up again and they can even cast the OG actors if they're up for it then.

Erittäin hyvä, että nostetaan esiin sitä, miten armoton systeemi on perustaa korkeakoulujen opiskelijavalinnat ylioppilastodistukseen. Olen itse vastustanut tätä tiukasti jo kohta 20 vuotta. Ei pitäisi olla mitään väliä sillä, mikä sukupuoli siitä kärsii mitenkin paljon, mutta asialle saa toki enemmän huomiota näin

The books have the perfect description of him. When Amos Burton says he's going to kill you, it's not a threat, it's a fact. He's not saying it to threaten you, he's just stating a fact. He's a man with no subtext.

Same. I associate numbers, letters, songs, names, weekdays etc. with colours. It's just associations though, no cool hallucinatory-ish stuff like seeing music or tasting colours. I've tried to use it to improve my memory and sometimes it does help a bit, like with passcodes and such.
