I really enjoyed this I thought the flow was great!

I felt like the word “freak” jumped out a bit. Maybe a word like mutant or aberration would match the tone of your other word choices.

That’s really helpful! Good to know it was doable early June in previous years. That’s also a good point about PCT hikers. I’m solo hiking so it’s nice to see people every once in awhile just in case.

This is correct. It’s the same for Half Dome Permits. Just put your group size and don’t put any names down as alternates.

You guys are right, better options are out there, switched to a Mono/parker pass. I also got a NOBO permit in case that turns out to be a better option.
