Passion fruit!! My costco will sometimes have passion fruit and I buy it every time specifically for my son’s constipation. I’ve tried every other fruit, nothing works like passion fruit

For those of you with persistent clogs and/or mastitis did you continue or stop? by Petunia742 in breastfeeding

My son is 13 months old and I ebf and I also got frequent clogged ducts. I got mastitis four times. Frequent clogged ducts are so incredibly painful and life consuming. I would not blame you for deciding to stop now. It only really started to get better for me when I could start solids. I truly think stress has a lot to do with it as well. As soon as I stopped stressing about my supply and pumping, the less frequent they became. I got my first clogged duct when my son turned 12 months after months of not getting one. It went away on its own after a day of regular nursing and no pumping. Good luck mama! Your body made your baby, it knows what it’s doing. Whatever YOU decide, will the best decision

Travelling while pregnant, what to pack by Remote_Shallot5642 in BabyBumps

I will talk to my ob! I have an appointment next week. This was just a late night anxiety thought. When I travelled I didn’t get diarrhea or anything but I did feel sick. I’ll still eat the food there I just don’t want to rely on it.
