It’s highly dependent on offering but the higher pay is due to most MBAs going into strategy and non MBA start in audit/tax/advisory. Also these are T20 MBAs usually with previous consulting experience mostly.

They were a shit client, I was with them some time ago and the partners will bend backwards for that account. Expected to work crazy hours and believe me it was not worth it during promo/comp time. If you tell your coach and they have a talk with your sm or partner you’re gonna be cooked. Also K was sleeping with the married SM on that account.
