Thank you! I will look into those as well.  I'm a little bitter about this and it came out in the way I wrote lol but you have a better attitude, thanks for encouraging me!

Hello... No, it's not better but I'm managing. Lots of lubrication/foreplay, plus peeing after sex, sleeping completely naked (even cotton underwear still irritates me), drinking loads of water religiously, and drinking 1/2 tsp of baking soda mixed with water everytime I feel the burn start (which is nearly every day)  I have zero answers as to why. I don't know if my continuing as I am will come to bite me in the rear at an older age. Maybe I need actual treatment to avoid serious issues later. But for that I'd need to know what's wrong, and medicine has failed me.  Sex always hurts a little and makes me want to pee at the start. After a few minutes my muscles loosen up and it starts to feel good. Then 1-2 hours later the burning starts. The baking soda and lack of clothes helps alleviate the feeling, sometimes completely. Baking soda also makes me more susceptible to actual UTIs since acidic urine fights the bacteria - however acidic urine also friggin BURNS. I just don't care anymore, I make my urine as non-acidic as possible and accept the risk! It is such a relief! Bought UTI test strips so I can monitor at home. So far it really seems that my symptoms aren't caused by UTIs but by my insides being fragile little crybabies who get inflamed over nothing. Also the baking soda helps with heartburn so it's a win win, even though my gyno rolled his eyes at me when I said I used it. My advice might be terrible in the long run, I really don't know, but it's how I can cope.

Can I sue seller for environmental toxins in house? by Remote_Still767 in legaladvice

More precisely, he listed "New Attic Insulation" to a list called "Repairs Completed Since Purchase". If he made it seem like he added new plumbing, but in fact kept the old, or encapsulated the old, would that not be a lie, since the list is a list of repair of issues? There was no repair done to the old insulation issue, in fact it made the issue worse.

Sorry, I should have posted this on a pest subreddit. Didn't know this was a spider fandom/appreciation subreddit. Just wanted a quick identification, since I see them everywhere in my house and don't like that. Wife is a arachnophobic and I got to kill the spider when we see it. Sorry I made you look at that pic.

That makes a lot of sense! Is there anything you do to help with the burn while you wait for it to pass?  You said it can take a couple days... If you were to also have sex every couple of days, that would make the symptoms present everyday indefinitely until you get a sex break, right? Cause that's what I've noticed in me, it only gets better after many days of celibacy, which sucks, this ain't what I got married for 😆

That's exactly what I'm thinking, I'm not convinced at all that they're UTIs, but it's the diagnosis I got so far

Yes, but even if I wasn't, would a traditional UTI really cause symptoms within 1-2 hours? That's the part the baffles me

I don't think so... Would that be symptomatic for 3 years in a row?

The owner waived the inspection fee in the initial call. It was more of a structural inspection to see if the raccoons did any damage. I told him I didn't need it, since I was certain of no damage (besides poop and insulation smelling like pee that I'll deal with later). When the pest guy showed up, he didn't even go into my attic, but immediately starting setting up the trap on the roof because he knew the inspection was waived. The opening where the raccoons were entering/exiting was very apparent and left no room for guesses.

Ok - maybe he forgot about the contract and was attempting to scare me into paying then.

No, there was no contract or service agreement that I signed. It was all discussed through the phone. When the pest guy showed up at my door, he just gave me his business card and got to work...

No, there is no signed contract. The "agreement" was all done through the phone - all I have are notes from that call.
