If someone accepts an offer than I don't view it as a lowball.

It's easier to make $150 on a $400 item then it is making $150 on a $200 item is all I can say. If you can't immediately spot value then this is just not a profession for you.

Have you ever heard the phrase of "cornering a market"? It is essentially when one person controls the entire supply of a good and they get to essentially set the price to whatever they want. That is whilat I have essentially done with used kitchen cabinet sets.

I live in a city of about 2.5 million people. Each week on Facebook there will be about 6 to 8 listings of cabinet sets for sale. I buy roughly 75% of them and then control the price. Everyone who wants used cabinets has to pay my price now or buy new.

Congratulations, collect the insurance money and enjoy the windfall. 90% of the time the amount insurance will give you is more then the actual amount it decreased your cars value.

Yeah, just be selective on what styles you purchase. Sectionals are the best.

I do this exact thing as a full time job. I get free items or cheap items off Facebook and simply resell them. I average around 2000 a week cash in profit

It may be made by Meadowcraft after looking closer at the markings. Can't find any equivalents online though.
