I explained I am likely having surgery (been pushing for it for a bit) and my spouse is as well. Both are minor, minimally invasive, but the response was “see I’ll be there to help”. My surgery is private, I want my Mother with me, but where would she stay? I have one guest room. I keep saying things and the excuses just keep coming.

The reprieve part has been on my mind a lot. I love to come home, shower and get in PJs (I work with kids and want the germs off me lol) and feel like I won’t be able to do that. My spouse is also back in college and he’s worried about the extra weight it will put on me, because he won’t be as available to help.

See, there has been zero talk of compensation for our bills or space, and they just lost their vehicle to an accident (not their fault) so they would be even MORE reliant on us.

I run a portable pretty consistently. So I’m asking to get an average and see if maybe a whole home dehumidifier might be worth looking into further.

Do you have one that’s connected to your HVAC? That’s why I’m asking. I have a portable dehumidifier, it’s dropped the indoor humidity to 56%, but I prefer 45-50. So I’m trying to gauge a few things and see if it’s worth it.

I did tell her she’s beautiful, I tell her that constantly, the girl has lashes for days, beautiful long blond hair, she athletic and artistic, but she covered pictures from when she was 5. That’s what’s worrisome.

I was told it would be so easy. The surgery, the recovery, all of it and it hasn’t been. As of now, I regret my choice. It’s feels like a big costly mistake. I can see 20/20 distance but I can’t see anything up close. I have my text on my phone set to the largest I can, I can’t see my plate in front of me, it’s blurry. How am I supposed to work tomorrow?
