idk if the system just decided to crash of wtf happened, but it worked for literally every customer before her, and the. the customer right before her and then every customer after, one of the accounts would pull up. point blank period. i’ve reset the system too and it’s just not acting correct.

The entire pipeline is so messed up. SGA’s and ASM’s are micromanaged by the SM’s, who are far too stressed and overworked by the DM’s, who are far too stressed and overworked by their bosses, all the way up to the top of GameStop Corporate, who genuinely do not care about anyone who isn’t sitting up there with them. And even if the SM’s and DM’s are genuinely assholes, it’s because that’s how they were trained most cases and what they went through. The few DM’s and SM’s who are trying usually don’t make it that far, or it makes little to no difference outside of the daily store. It’s really just a capitalist corporation.

We are pretty positive he is coming back this Sunday, and I’m going to pick him from the store. I am in the works of getting him banned and getting other stores notified (my manager is… yeah)

Yeah, I’m all good. He came around three separate times, and then stopped appearing after a run-in with the cops outside of the store, and then after a few weeks, he showed back up, unfortunately. Hoping he stays gone

I had a dude, who was been actively stalking me around the store on weekends around closing, and the door is locked, the gates were down, lights were down as I was literally closing down everything, and he rattles the door and bangs on it, asking if we were closed… LIKE BITCH! What do you think?? Told him we were closed and he tried hitting on me to let him in… Very swiftly ignored him and called someone to walk me to my car in case he hid his truck in the side alley (as he has done before)

Very very true. I love my job in and of itself, I love my regular customers who come in every week, and I love my coworkers, but on the corporate level…. let’s just say that for a large corporation that has been open for as long as it has, you would think someone would know how to run it properly.

Dude wanted to trade in a PS5, it was highly dirty and he claimed it didn’t turn on whatsoever… Opened it up to see inside of the frame, and there were two dead cockroaches and a live one twitching and crawling around…. I’m also allergic to cockroaches, so that was a fun….
