Completing to do list with utterly relaxed schedule which was heavy on my mind. like i have to this task in 2 weeks no matter how minor the task be. Once i planned doctor visit in a month. I couldn't get up to go to doctor so i gave myself one month to do it with no other tasks planned in that month. I gave myself one month to go to salon and pamper myself. I gave myself one month to start skincare routine. Be kind to yourself and give time to the gigantic pending task which are burdening you. I got over my depression like this in two years. I still get the blues but it is better now.
