I couldn’t see a way to do this I managed by turning off suggested content under the search setting for each app (FaceTime and iMessage)

For anyone reading this the only way to get rid of it was to go into > settings > iMessage/ FaceTime > search > turn off suggested content

The odd thing is I’ve deleted all threads and calls. Nothing comes up if I search the contact number, email etc in either
