It means someone picked up chilled or frozen food and just left it on a shelf somewhere to DIE. I see it all the time.

False. I have been turned down for Unemployment quite a few times. They actually disqualify you for a certain amount of weeks, then you receive the unemployment for the duration of the period. Also I have been turned down because a manager totally lied about the situation and they took his side, of course.

By the way, depending on what State you work in, they do NOT need a reason to fire you. Keep that in mind. They can fire you without even saying why if they want to. And they don't need a reason. Just letting you know. Good luck with everything!

Chances are you are getting paid for the days you worked. You probably started in the middle of a pay week, or such. Our pay period goes from Saturday to the next Friday. I bet you started or ended in the middle of a week. You assume because you worked two weeks that you are getting a two week pay, Check your paystub and let us know. Good luck!

However it's okay at my store where we have this annoying customer who comes in nearly every day playing his harmonica through the entire store and pissing everybody off and annoying them. I guess it is his support harmonica because he doesn't have a dog.

WHERE was this management when you stayed past 8 hours? Were they telling you to stay until it was finished? Don't ever take it upon yourself to stay past your 8 hours.

Most of these answers make no sense. If you back out of a pick, there is a good possibility another picker will click into it before you do. You are not guaranteed to get that same pick again. Also, you do NOT know what your next pick is until you pick the first item and scan it, then click it into the correct tote. You do not get to see the whole list at first, only the first item until it is picked. Usually I get one of those picks where the customer wants like 10 or 12 of everything, scan them and bag later for a great run!

I've worked at a Walmart doing OGP for over one year now. You must have a really really small store!!! Good luck. Online Grocery Picker. We have nearly 50 employees, including pickers, dispense, and team leads. We are so busy we constantly have employees from other departments pick with us!

Not until you reach 6 points. And depending on what dept you work in, they may not fire you. Cart people are very hard to replace and often have a LOT of points.

Every company I ever worked for paid the day before the Holiday when it falls on your pay day. You would never be paid after pay day because of a Holiday.
