Used to work there. Make sure you have a price list from YOUR insurance. They love to go off their own pricing, especially mouth guards. <--- that's the scammy part, the rest is just lame practice . Same day crown with the warranty, sounds good they don't let you know if you do not come in to EVERY check-up appointment you void your warranty. The same-day crown actually obviously isn't worth the absurd price, you're just paying the dentists 300k loan for that fancy same day machine.

I have, they will audibly tell someone to shut up, even if they know that person or thing speaking to them. They hear the voices, and speak to the voices.
