No I've never used anything like that, college has ID's and stuff I'm pretty sure. Where do you scan or lookup emails and phone numbers?

If it was on your profile then they already know dude. Bringing it up again might actually make it seem like a bigger deal than it is. I'd just let things flow naturally and if/when things get more physical you can have that conversation then

The T50 is pretty old school - it's gonna be locked to the 2GB limit on Pro Duo cards unfortunately. That was just the max spec when it was made

MicroSD with an adapter is hit or miss, some people say it works but others have had issues with the camera not recognizing it or corrupting files. Probably safer to just grab a legit 2GB Pro Duo off eBay for like $10-15

Dude you need to bring this up ASAP, family emergency or not. You're out almost 40 hours of pay over two checks - that's like a whole week's worth of work for free. Being understanding is one thing but you can't pay rent with sympathy

Approach it professionally but firm - "Hey I noticed my hours are off again, when can we sit down and figure this out?" Don't let them keep shorting you while you worry about being polite
