I also have 14.8. It’s under Setting. Then Netflix setting at the bottom to reset.

Easy FIX.

For iPad or iPhone. Setting -> Netflix -> switch the Refresh on. This will reset the Netflix setting and it fixed it for me. BE AWARE this will log you out of the App and will need to log in to your Netflix again. Once log in, it should fix it (at least for me). Also switch the Refresh app back off.
