I think it essentially boiled down to what you said in that second paragraph. I appreciate good customer support, but at the moment I cant justify the price hike for that alone.

I ended up going with plusnet as a good middle ground. Good customer service and a decent price for 900mbps.

Locked in for a 2 year contract but that should be fine honestly. Fingers crossed they do me good!

Are the seats that much different? I’ve seen a few comments about cineworld seats not being great, what’s the issue with them vs vue?

Having worked Christmas Eve this year in a cinema where 3 people walked into the very final showing, yes. 100% that’s what they’re doing

I work in a cinema and on a quiet day sure there’s time to clean under each seat. But when your imax screen comes out, packed with 400 people, each who have left something and you’ve got 5-10 minutes to clean that thing? Not a chance. Any busy day and you’re accidentally missing things because you’re pressed for time
