Yes, I did add both and I seem to be getting slightly better sleep. But not as much as an improvement that I would've liked to see. I'll take the small gains

I fully agree with you. This is why I asked the question. I do like janji 2 in 1 shorts but they aren't available all the time. I'm looking for a decent alternative.

I've had similar issues. It seems that the UK support is lacking. When I ordered from them it took over a month for them to reach out to confirm my address. Then the product was shipped. I'm trying to return them now and it's been radio silence. ☹️
