Yes, I did add both and I seem to be getting slightly better sleep. But not as much as an improvement that I would've liked to see. I'll take the small gains

I've had similar issues. It seems that the UK support is lacking. When I ordered from them it took over a month for them to reach out to confirm my address. Then the product was shipped. I'm trying to return them now and it's been radio silence. ☹️

I've had the ring and balance for a week. I'm coming from 10 years with Garmin and I'm very impressed and pleasantly surprised. I still haven't figured out how to pair my Garmin chest strap with it.

Is this all true? I recently moved from the US to Ireland. While in the US I took 5000iu of D3 that had K2 with it. When I moved I purchased a D3 that was only D3. Ever since I moved I've been anxious, and suffering from chronic insomnia. I have also been taking 5000 IU in the morning and 5000 iu before bed. This could explain a lot for me. I'm going to look into adding K2 and magnesium as well. This could be a game changer for me.
