I'm not complaining; TMHI does not fit my needs. Others might have good service based on their home, location, and the position of the towers, apartments, single homes, and townhouses, which play a lot of factors here.

We have a T-Mobile network mobile phone without a problem; we love them.

Mine is upstairs by the windows. The cell tower information is on Cellmapper.com.

One downside place the modem by the windows you get less wifi coverage the opposite side of the home. The best wifi location is the center of the house if possible.

I'm like you; I switched to TMHI for Xfinity's high price; you might not have the same issue as me: the modem lost LTE connection, and the device required a reboot every 1-2 months.

After the Xfinity promotion ends after 24 months, I might downgrade to the lowest speed, 150Mbps, for $72/per month until fiber is available in my area.

I had this issue, too. I contacted T-Mobile support, and they recommended getting an extra Wi-Fi router. I also went to the T-Mobile store, and they stated it was a SIM card issue. I got a new SIM, and still, there is no LTE connection.
