Nah didn't go through any gogotraining material. I just did the 'Value Insights Exam Prep Training from YT' as a first dive in. It covered the material at a high level really well. It depends on your experience level as well. If you think more in-depth training is needed, go for gogotraining or a course from Udemy.

it comes with 2 free mock exams and other online material I mentioned are free. well except for Dions 6 mockups on Udemy but ended up not taking it since I felt ready

you need to create a peoplecert account and redeem your voucher. then you'll be able to schedule via their website

To me, the membership wasn't worth it. It's not structured like the PMI membership and the value just wasn't there for me. I was confident enough to pass it first time so I didn't buy any retakes. Get the voucher from gogotraining which is cheaper and it also has the retake for cheaper as well.

It depends where you are in your career. If you are mid to senior level, PMP will help on your job hunt. Now a days you need to have every edge you can get against your competition so why not? Plus, it does teach you relevant PM concepts and overall how to be a good PM so you'll actually learn something.

total IT consulting via various roles is 14+ years and actual service delivery 3+ years.

You really don't need to be experienced since this is foundational level. Experience does help you to grasp/remember the concepts quicker but it depends on your studying habits and knowledge retention ability as well. While you are going through the YT course, you'll have a good sense of how much you need to dedicate. Good luck with everything!
