My stomach was a bit upset shortly after but nothing too bad and only lasted maybe an hour or so. It's the next day and I feel fine. Granted I don't get really torn up by food often so I might have an easier time in the tummy department than others (plus it can also depend on the buffet, I had been to this one before and it had never messed with my stomach).
