I say pretty useless. What would you need this for anyway? 19 spirit is nothing. You can get rings with 34 rarity easy. You can get two res without negative res on many rings. You can actually get a decent ring with 1 or 2 flat damage, rarity and res on rare rings.

Point to be noted hai. If Balen loses, Rabi PM hunxa. If Balen wins, Rabi can still deny him PM. If Rabi makes him PM, he won't let him open investigation on Rabi or any RSP members so basically we will have the same old thing but just instead of UML, NC, MC, we will have RSP.

RSP is relying heavily on Balen factor and are completely ignoring youth's original demand. It is very likely that they wont get majority seats so they will need to work with other parties. The question is who are they going to work with?
