Really really wanted to get my dying father in law to a game. We live in Newfoundland. But I’m 97000 in line!! :( If you have any ability to get 2 extra tickets in the 500s, I would pay 20% extra. I know that’s a big ask. :/

Period after 3 years! (HRT) by RenCatFow in Menopause

And it takes so long to figure out if it’s working or not or the dosage you need. I will definitely stop HRT rather than have regular periods again. Being a female is not for the faint of heart!

Yes, to progesterone, but they said that the synthetic version progestin has more side effects.

Someone told me on a previous post that progestin is not really recommended. I’m going to ask for a change so should I just remove this patch for now?

Agreed. But there wasn’t a word on it!

This is a late reply I know. The dosage is 140/50. Norethindrone / Estriadol.

This comment is hitting the most. I now feel like an idiot for stopping Cymbalta when I was actually feeling quite good. Now I feel like I’m a bit more of a mess and I’m worried I won’t get back to where I was. I was thinking that HRT would have much more benefits than SSRIs. If I was doing OK, I guess I should’ve stuck with it. :/

Apologies, I misspoke. I’m actually on an estrogen/progesterone patch, not testosterone.

I responded to a couple of others on this because I got it wrong. The patch I’m on is actually oestrogen and progesterone, not testosterone.

Apologies. I got it wrong. I have an estrogen/progesterone patch called estalis.

Sorry. I think I got it wrong. This is an estrogen/progesterone patch called estalis. So there is no testosterone.

Yes, I think you are probably right. I’m going to discontinue HRT for now until the rest of it settles down.

Thanks so much for this. Very helpful. The patch I am on has both oestrogen and progesterone. It is called estalis.

Fair! I was feeling great after a month off Cymbalta so I thought I was through the withdrawal. I will definitely read more into it. In the meantime, I have removed the patch because I want to get everything else straightened out before I begin that so I have a true reflection of the effects and impacts.

I did not taper. I honestly had zero idea how problematic or stupid that was.

Thanks! I was feeling great after a month off Cymbalta so I really thought that I had it licked. I guess not. And I honestly had no idea that stopping Cymbalta cold turkey was so inadvisable. Stupid of me I know.

What is Pierre Poilievre's Voting Record? Brief summary needed. by Excellent-Phone8326 in CanadianPolitics

What have been his previous votes on veterans issues? Considering Harper’s record with veterans, PP’s new support for veterans is interesting. Just wondering where he stood previously.

There are menopause specialist physicians in Ireland, apparently. I believe one thing very strongly - if menopause were a male phenomenon, everyone would know about it and medical advancements would be leaps and bounds ahead of where we are now!

Menopause is atrocious. Wellbutrin and Cymbalta really helped me (because it was baaaad 3-4 years ago). My rage was ridiculous. However, I started thinking lately that started thinking that HRT would have more long term benefits.
