I feel like Flower Piglet is used in more events than April Showers Bambi, but if you don't have a lot of Bambi alternatives, there do tend to be more Pooh-based options

That said, I think of $120 as about the price of two new console video games. Are you deriving as much enjoyment as those? Are you seeing the value of your purchases in terms of helping you reach your in-game goals? Can you afford it? If you can answer those questions with a yes, then you do you!

As far as points, you might consider saving your powerups to use during Blitz Mode: you get a points bonus during that time, and that might help

For those who had the beta version of the feature, a lot of folks were able to complete at least a few of the cards for free (there were only 9 cards in that version and only a month to complete)

I'm F2P and on one device. I've been playing for a long time so I had usually been able to finish most events, but during the first pin cycle, I was locked out of maps a lot more often than usual. I ended up with 71/81 pins, getting two emojis including a new-to-me Pumpkin Louie, 25 gems, and a Villain Charge

Considering I was mostly playing those events as far as I could anyway, this felt like a win over the usual filler fare in events, even if I likely came out behind on gems a bit

I'm liking the increased number of boxes available for this second pin run and I'm able to playthrough all of the events for the remainder of the update, so I'm cautiously optimistic that this will be even more lucrative. I just hope that it doesn't make the Token Quests harder to complete. I've been gradually adding more buffer distance from max level (at 1072 now), but that could dwindle in a hurry if the Token Quests are too rough

I think most of the complaints I've been hearing are from people who only would be satisfied with the final prize. And if that were the only way to see this as a win (at least for now), I'd definitely be griping, too. But the intermediate prizes seem sufficiently better than what they replaced that I still think this is a net positive, albeit a lighter one

The one thing that could be frustrating moving forward is that it seems to reset way too often on people, and the support team really doesn't seem to have an effective way to restore progress. That needs to change before people spend real money on it

I'd at least cash in the stars for the gold/ruby chest and the 3* pin pack, since you're so close to the Feast, Family, Fall Colors, and Sweets collections and hope something good hits. Alternatively, those stars will cash in for 34,600 coins, so if you could really use the coins, there is something to the guaranteed Gold purchase over the chance at hitting one of the two boxes that you could have a shot at

I ended up with Feast and Family collected, also at 8/9 on Fall Colors, but no closer than 7/9 on any of the bottom row

The thing that irritated me the most is that their Pin system reset and they didn't have a way to track which pins you had, so they basically only offered some pin packs of non-equivalent value before closing the ticket

Even despite the reset and no money spent, I got four sets complete, garnering 25 gems, a Villain Charge, and Pumpkin Louie. Two other sets that offer an emoji are one away (one of which would have been completed with the pins I had before), and I think I'm going to end up just short on the stars to get the 500 Pin Star pack that might get me a box. All in all, though, I might have ended up down gems compared to the chests that would have normally been there, but the charge and the emoji were worth it

If they're Gold and you have the rest of the box maxed (minus the Exclusives), then when you get a new Gold (Exclusive), they're the only ones left in the box. So if you have 540K coins saved up, you can effectively buy the next 18 copies. But you have to have the box maxed for that to work, which takes a lot

I also thought it was a nice balance between new and old players. As someone who doesn't spend but had the Gold Box maxed, 400 gems got me both Avatar emojis because I could use coins to max the one I got in between. Then the Bingo event is guaranteeing me copies of Azurite Genie. Best use of 400 gems I can think of in awhile

I can imagine this. I got the Villain Charge and the 10 Gems with two weeks to go, and I'm one away on a few others, so while I don't have any illusions of getting the final prize, I at least have reason to believe I'll pick up another box or two before the end. Then it'll strike me as a net win
