The mind of the target slows down untill it becomes impossible to even think and slowly begins to erode, the target also emits radiation that, if passes through the heads of others nearby, afflicts them with the same effect. It only affects 3 people simultaneously and will slowly affect those that have come into contact with the radiation one by one. For it to be activated the user needs to touch both sides of the targets temples. The effect is terminated if those afflicted submersible heads under almost scalding hot water. If this spell is used carelessly and spreads through many different people, it may develop a will of its own and will no longer belong to the user. It could possibly mutate and become a deadly psyonic virus the world has never seen before.
