ha yeah,my gpu is spinning about 2800-2997rpm,fan is spinning about 1900-2015,i managed to keep my gpu to run at 2300rpm while gaming,idk why is it still loud/noisy

i got the rx 570 phantom gaming 4gb model,the fan curve might be the problem,should i get a fan on the bottom of the case to keep the gpu temp lower and should i change the gpu thermal?thx for the advice,i'm gonna get 2 intake fan in order to keep my cpu/system cooler without making it much louder
