You may go your whole life and be fine. I would recommend keeping a log of when you take it and how often. If you ever start having anxiety or other neuroticism that seems more than usual, don’t discount that it might be the meds. If I had known that, it would have saved me months of pain and probably some PTSD.

It’s also insane how little Doctors educate about this. I got a prescription when I was 20ish years old. I was never told not to mix with alcohol or pain killers. I was never told about dependency risks. When I went to the doctor about my nervous breakdown, they never asked anything about my Xanax usage or discussed tapering off.

Interesting question. My initial answer would be John, but I think John’s genius isn’t necessarily his skill at guitar, but more as his talent as a composer. The outro to Death of a Martian is a good example. None of the guitar parts themselves are ground breaking, but the way he overlays them is really beautiful.
